Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Your SoftWave consultation is free with no obligation. It’s a chance to talk through your pain and find out whether SoftWave is a good fit.
What should I bring?
Bring any recent imaging or reports (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) related to your pain, a list of current medications, and comfortable clothing that allows access to the area of concern.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to schedule your consultation.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
SoftWave is typically not covered by insurance, but HSA/FSA funds and financing options are often available. We’re happy to go over pricing during your consultation.
