Our Story

From Family Chiropractic to Regenerative Care

Harbor Family Chiropractic has been part of the Costa Mesa community since 2001. Patients from Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine and across Orange County come to us for our warm, friendly atmosphere and care that helps them move better, feel better, and stay active.

We also saw too many patients stuck in a cycle of pain: cortisone shots that wore off, months of therapy that only helped a little, and surgery as the “last option.” We wanted something that treats the cause, not just the symptoms.

That’s why we brought SoftWave to Costa Mesa. It’s FDA-cleared, non-invasive, and it works with your body’s own healing process. Paired with chiropractic care, it gives our patients a real path forward.

Dr. Stacey Gillis graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2001, after completing her undergraduate studies in biology at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her practice is focused on helping patients, from infants to seniors, achieve optimal health and wellness through natural and painless chiropractic care.

Dr. Gillis is an expert in spinal health and wellness, offering tailored treatments designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance to your body. With a deep understanding of the nervous system and musculoskeletal structure, she provides gentle yet effective care to promote natural healing and long-term health. She is also frequently featured as a guest speaker for corporations and civic groups on health and chiropractic topics.
